Summary / Abstract (Note)The long term equilibrium properties of a competitive economy are analysed. It is shown that 'informationally consistent' equilibria may arise, in which firms' initially erractic beliefs about the steady-state properties of the flows of workers, into the labor market and between firms, are confirmed through subsequent market observations.
