| Summary / Abstract (Note) | In this study the monthly domestic deposits of a commercial bank in India were forecasted for the years 1986 and 1987 using the monthly deposit data of 1975-85. An appropriate ARIMA model was estimated an used for obtaining the forecasts. The study has identified a declining trend in the future growth of domestic deposits of the bank. |
