Summary / Abstract (Note)This paper provides an analysis of experiment station and farmer field data for Philippines, Indonesia and Thailand that shows, a stagnant yield potential and a diminished gap between potential and actual farm yields. This analysis finds that the larger yield gap is between farmers, rather than between the farmer and the experiment station.
